'On Seeing The Marbles' is a set of five texts about a visit to the British Museum's Parthenon galleries. While the story it tells is fictional, the texts were written using material recorded during two co-creative description sessions at the museum, undertaken by a five-strong crew of blind and non-blind collaborators in July 2024.
Written and performed by partially blind writer Joseph Rizzo Naudi, after conversations with: non-blind writer Autumn Sharkey; blind south Asian anthropologist Harsha Balasubramanian; non-blind artist Christos Kakouros; and non-blind researcher Ellen Adams.
