A mindfulness approach

Lucia van der Drift of Limina Collective reads a mindfulness approach. Some museums are introducing 'slow looking' sessions for a more in-depth engagement with art, and some are deploying mindfulness techniques to explore the link between art and mental wellbeing. Please note the survey below.
